The airline operates 389 routes linking 147 cities and has strengthened feeder services for small and medium-sized cities. In Tianjin, its home market, it runs 60 routes and holds a 15.8 percent share of traffic at Tianjin Binhai International Airport. Internationally, Tianjin Airlines serves destinations including London, Tokyo, Seoul, and Singapore, extending its reach across Asia, Europe, and Oceania, according to the airlines.

The carrier has also introduced service upgrades — including integrated transfers that allow baggage to be checked through to final destinations — as well as pet-friendly cabin access and accompanied travel assistance.
Beyond air transport, the airline has expanded into aviation-tourism integration through co-branded travel products and cultural merchandise, while adopting a fully automated cabin-adjustment system to improve operational efficiency, the airline's marketing official said.
