For 16 consecutive years, Indian businessman S.P. Aggarwal has stuck to just one Chinese saw blade supplier in Jinghai district, Tianjin.
Aggarwal purchases saw blades from Tianjin Yuanyang Xinlei Saw Industry, and his sales account for 70 percent of India's saw blade market. During a recent visit, he placed a new order worth 4 million yuan ($590,054.32).
The company ships about 20 metric tons of various saw blades daily, mainly to Shanghai Cooperation Organization members like India and Pakistan. By May this year, its export orders had exceeded 20 million yuan, up nearly 10 percent year-on-year, with foreign trade now accounting for 70 percent of its total business.

In China's saw blade base industry, only three companies are above the designated size, and Yuanyang Xinlei leads the nation in export volume.
Behind this success lies advanced technology. The factory uses fiber laser cutters, robotic arms, digitally controlled heat treatment, and core equipment developed in-house. The company holds multiple national patents, including a tempering mechanism for saw blade production.
Han Shiyang, chairman of the company, said they do not aim to become a particularly big or comprehensive company, but only to achieve perfection in the saw blade niche. Aggarwal praised the company's product quality and timely delivery, expressing a high level of trust in Tianjin.
