The 7th China Helicopter Exposition is being held from Oct 16 to 19 in Tianjin, showcasing the latest technologies, products, and achievements in helicopters, drones, general aviation, and the low-altitude economy from around the world.
This year’s expo covers a total area of 160,000 square meters, including a 25,000 m² indoor exhibition hall, 20,000 m² outdoor display area, and a 60,000 m² flight observation zone. A newly added 5,000 m² Low-Altitude Economy Pavilion will debut multiple new low-altitude aircraft models for the first time.
It has reached a record scale, with nearly 400 companies from over 30 countries and regions confirming participation — including more than 30 making their debut. All six major global helicopter manufacturers have been invited to attend.
Wang Zhi, deputy director of the Civil Aircraft Research Department at the Aviation Industry Helicopter Research Institute said“We're showcasing a range of civil helicopters, drones, and emerging eVTOL aircraft. These reflect our continuous efforts to meet diverse future needs, transition from traditional helicopter manufacturing to innovation-driven industry upgrades, and contribute to the overall trend of low-altitude economic development.”
