The event featured detailed presentations on the key commercial facilities and business complexes, the convention and exhibition economy, and the elderly care environment in Tianjin. Representatives from Singapore's Perennial Holdings, the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, and Tianjin Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Group engaged in exchanges and discussions, sharing insights and fostering connections.

In his remarks, Chinese Ambassador to Singapore Cao Zhongming emphasized China's willingness to strengthen solidarity and coordination with all countries, jointly safeguard the multilateral trading system, and uphold international fairness and justice.

Cao highlighted the broad and fruitful cooperation between Tianjin and Singapore, citing the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City as a landmark example. He expressed hope for further exploring cooperation potential and achieving more practical outcomes.

This year marks the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Singapore. As one of the earliest supporters of the Belt and Road Initiative, Singapore has played a significant role in deepening the friendship, mutual trust, and practical cooperation between China and ASEAN countries. Tianjin, a vital economic hub in northern China and one of the country's earliest coastal open cities, has long been committed to becoming a new model of strategic cooperation between China and Singapore.

Singaporean guests at the event expressed keen interest in Tianjin's silver economy, convention and exhibition industry. They acknowledged the positive results achieved through joint efforts under the guidance of the two governments and expressed strong willingness to seek new opportunities for cooperation and jointly create a brighter future.
