China's National Meteorological Center on Monday renewed its yellow alert for severe weather threats, including thunderstorms and downpours, in Tianjin.

From 8 am Monday to 8 am Tuesday, thunderstorms and strong wind are expected in parts of Tianjin. 

Parts of its districts will experience downpours with up to over 90 mm of hourly precipitation, according to the forecast.
