Rising about 530m, the skyscraper Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Finance Centre (CTF) in China's Tianjin has been recognized as the tallest in North China and the 7th tallest in the world.

With 100 floors above the ground, the Tianjin CTF is a mixed-use development providing office space, luxury serviced apartments and a hotel. 

It serves as a focal point and an anchor for development in the wider locality.

Its smooth lines serve to provide structural support and reduce the impact of the wind on the building.

Completed in September 2019, the construction project of the CTF in the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area has been awarded more than 130 national patents.
