Zhang was granted the national honorary title of "People's Hero" for his outstanding contributions to the country's fight against the COVID-19 epidemic.

Today the mobile hospital has been converted into a vaccination site, where people line up for COVID-19 vaccination.

Anti-epidemic exhibition boards display the story that happened in the mobile cabin hospital. Seeing the familiar meeting room and dressing room, Zhang burst into tears.

"I didn't feel bitter at the time. The recollection of those days is not easy," Zhang said.

Patients who test positive for the virus but show no severe symptoms received medical care in such mobile cabin hospitals.

Everything was in a hurry at the beginning. Zhang Hulin, deputy head of Jiangxia district, was responsible for support work of Jiangxia Mobile Cabin Hospital, and fulfilled all needs as much as possible. Various work in the temporary hospital progressed smoothly. Zhang Boli was impressed by him.

"Jiangxia's experience was promoted to other mobile cabin hospitals, and the rate of severe cases immediately came down. Using traditional Chinese medicine treatment was a very critical move," Zhang Boli said.
