Tianjin's highest ever bookstore is opening in the Tientsin Tower (Tianjin TV Tower) this Saturday (Jan 18 Beijing time). Fancy coming along?

The bookstore is divided into two parts. While people can read freely on the first floor of the skyscraper, the other part is 257 meters up.

Dining in the restaurant while appreciating the city's past was a memorable experience. Now it's been updated to a bookstore, you have the chance to read in the sky.

The tower, built over water, provides unobstructed views over land and water, with lush green lands and blossoming flowers in the summer.

At the store's opening ceremony, a Tientsin Tower modern art exhibition and concert will also be put on for the enjoyment of guests.

The store will provide food and beverages for the refreshment of the diligent readers.

Built in 1991, the tower is used primarily for communication.

Standing at 415.2 meters high, the tower is known as the fourth highest TV tower in the world after the ones in Toronto, Moscow and Shanghai.
