The Tianjin delegation attending the second session of the 13th National People's Congress held a group meeting to review the financial plan report and budget report.

The delegates held discussions on setting out the financial plans and budget for the year, the issues include: tax reduction and fee reduction, supporting SMEs financing, road construction,  ecological protection, compensation mechanism for the Beijing-Tianjin water environment,  intellectual property protection law implementation, protecting rights and interests of job holders, optimizing the development environment for high-end talents, increasing investment in pre-school education, and nationwide networking of blood donation information.

Relevant responsible personnel of the General Office of the State Council, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Finance attended the meeting to listen to the opinions.
