Time honored brands record the memories of a city, and play the role of a business card of a city.

Chunrui is a time honored tea brand that is loaded with memories of Tainjin people. Its jasmine tea was most renowned among the people.

Tianjin Office, Chunrui is a state-owned tea company that sells in Tianjin and Northeast, North and Northwest China.

Tianjin office of the Chinese tea company was established to arrange tea supply in North China and Northeast China in 1950. After 1955, the office was renamed the Tianjin branch of the Chinese tea company, and soon renamed the Tianjin Tea Company.

Tianjin Tea Company 

In 1959, Tianjin Tea Company merged with Sugar and Fruit Company, and set up a tea wholesale store for tea purchasing, sales and processing. In 1965, it was renamed Tianjin Tea Processing Factory. At that time, more than 80 percent of the flower tea sold in the Tianjin market was assembled and supplied by the factory. It also bought jasmine tea and magnolia tea from Guangzhou by air, increasing the economic benefits for the company.

Packing machines 

Not only did the factory introduce new tea processing machines, but it also encouraged its staff to explore new methods. In 1958, the self-made self-assembled packing machine realized half-machinery which relieved workers from tedious work.  

In 1983, the factory's packaging workshop was also fully mechanized. The plant has also achieved breakthroughs in tea medicinal. For example, tea stagnation tablets, as well as the discovery of a component in tea during research, which is proved by authoritative department can be used as an auxiliary drug for cancer treatment and a protective drug for radiation work.

Nowadays Tianjin Tea Company has introduced new packaging machinery from Japan, Italy, Germany and other countries to produce tea bags, aluminum-platinum composite film.  The bagged tea and other small packaged teas mark the transitions from bulk to being standardized. 

In recent years, the time honored tea company has established production bases in Fujian, Anhui, Guangxi and other places, paying special attention to planting, picking, rough processing and tanning.

Flower tea

Focusing on pollution-free and non-polluting, the company has increased the management of tea with the national quality inspection department, and strengthened the inspection on the tea base on a regular basis.

The company currently operates nearly 100 types of tea. These include various green teas, flower teas, oolong teas, black tea series, with kinds of bags of tea for gifts and other purposes. At the same time, in order to meet the needs of modern people for fashion and healthy drinks, the company sells more than 40 kinds of health flower drinks by giving full play to the technical advantages and chooses high-quality origins.
