The school is equipped with advanced facilities, convenient transportation and an elegant environment. It adheres to the concept of "running an integration of Chinese and Western education and fully implementing quality education", has a goal of training talents to become international elites, and adheres to providing values of "respect, caring, leading, and fulfilling", regardless of race, color, or nationality. It provides first-rate education services for all its students. The school group includes kindergartens, primary school districts, and junior and senior high schools.

Primary school

The school covers all the courses required in the Nine-Year Compulsory Education Outline, adopts happy education and differentiated teaching, cultivates interests, lays a solid foundation, develops ability, and highlights English so that elementary-level students are asked to achieve a vocabulary of 2,500 words. It also provides more than 40 optional courses aimed at different interests, based on each student's interests and harmonious development.

Junior high school education

The junior high school education covers all the courses required in the Nine-Year Compulsory Education Outline and carries out differentiated teaching. It highlights the studies of Chinese ancient civilizations, expands knowledge horizons, lays a strong foundation for elementary knowledge, cultivates creative ability, and emphasizes English.

Junior high graduates are required to have a vocabulary of 5,500 English words. Students follow the habit of "the three goods" (good habits in study, attitude and health). There are more than 50 elective courses designed for students' individualized development and as preparation with solid language and subject knowledge before students begin high school education.

High school education

High school education brings in the original textbooks and education evaluation system from British Columbia, Canada. Teachers with qualification certificates from British Columbia teach students English, mathematics, physics, chemistry, science, sports and arts, while Chinese teachers teach Chinese, politics, history, geography and humanities and arts.

It has built up a Maple high school graduate credit system approved by both Chinese educational authorities and the Canadian government. It arranges an individual schedule for each student, respecting each student's personality, hobbies and future goals.

The school adheres to an examination system of integrity, and the students' class performances, attendance, assignments, social practices, community activities, interest groups activities, and consular courses account for 60 percent of the final scores, while exam scores account for 40 percent.

It attaches importance to students' ideological and moral education, as well as patriotic education, and strives to cultivate the abilities of management, leadership, planning, communication, and entrepreneurship. After completing the required courses, students obtain both the British Columbia provincial high school diploma and the Chinese high school diploma.

The graduates do not need to take the college entrance exam in China and may apply directly for all overseas universities taught in English with their high school graduation credits. Maple Leaf Education has truly realized the integration of two languages, two cultures, and two ways of thinking. It has laid a solid foundation for cultivating international elites, seamlessly linking students with the globe.

The overseas studies service center gives students the guidance of studying abroad as well as a visa application service, and has had a 100 percent success rate with visa applications for six successive years.

The school holds an overseas universities admission expo in November each year, and there are currently more than 1,300 Maple Leaf high school graduates studying in world-renowned universities. More than 50 percent of them were admitted to the top 100 universities around the world. As of May 15, 2017, 10 had been admitted to the top 10 universities in the world.
