She arrived at Tianjin Binhai International Airport by flight CA982 from New York on March 25, with body temperature at 36.4℃ and no COVID-19 symptoms reported by herself. She was traced by the customs authorities and was transferred to the Victoria Hotel in Hebei district for centralized quarantine. The throat swab specimen of the patient tested positive on March 26, and she was confirmed as the 12th imported case, in unknown conditions, in Tianjin by the expert panel. The patient is now in Haihe Hospital and epidemiological investigations are under way.
